The emerald has always been considered the 'king of gemstones'. Well, that certainly applies to this lovely, luxury finished (family) home.
This spacious semi-detached house built under architectural guidance has over 150m2 of living space, three bedrooms, a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen (2023), and an attached storage/garage. The layout is light and airy, partly due to the window arrangement. On the first floor there is a balcony at the front. On the second floor you will find a mini penthouse and the third bedroom with its own roof terrace. This makes it ideal for a teenager or perhaps as a place for yourself to relax in peace. In short: are you looking for a ready-to-move-into spacious family home that you can be proud of? Come and take a look soon!
Classification:
The construction year of the house is 1998. The plot area amounts to 301 m². The house is fully insulated and offers enough space for a full family. The atmospheric and playful designed backyard (with much privacy due to its location next to water and a green buffer zone) lies in the south and is laid out with beautiful terraces and flower beds.
Ground floor:
Through the front garden with its own driveway for two cars, you enter via the front door into the spacious hall with access to the built-in storage (former garage). There is also a cloakroom, meter cupboard, newly renovated toilet (2023) with a freestanding toilet and sink. Through the industrial steel door, you come into the very spacious living room with enough space for a sturdy dining corner. This room is characterized by its many window sections that make the living room a wonderfully light space. Also located here is the open and recently renovated kitchen in an L-shape layout. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances one could wish for, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and an induction cooktop with a professionally installed hood above it. Additionally, the kitchen features beautiful granite work surfaces. In the living room there is also another extra space that the current occupants use as an office. The entire ground floor is fitted with underfloor heating and the magnificent light-colored PVC honeycomb flooring in combination with the neatly medium-stuccoed walls completes this space.
First floor:
Via the stairs you come to the L-shaped landing. This landing features a large window that provides light and space. Here, there is also access to two bedrooms; the main bedroom at the front has access to the balcony. The other bedroom at the back is divided into two spaces connected by a passage in the wall, which could potentially be used as two separate bedrooms again. Additionally, we find an extremely luxurious and recently renovated bathroom (2023) with a walk-in shower and a vanity unit equipped with a double sink. A separate toilet can also be found on the hallway. The floors of the first floor are entirely finished with light laminate.
Second floor:
By using the fixed stairs you will reach the landing which provides access to the spacious third bedroom with plenty of windowpanes for ample light. You can also reach the balcony door from the landing, which leads to a pleasant roof terrace. There is also a technical room found here containing, among other things, the central heating boiler and where the washing machine and dryer are installed. Optionally, you could use this space differently, perhaps as an extra bathroom or bedroom, or whatever you desire! This floor too has been finished with light laminate flooring.
Are you looking for a house with plenty of space, finished with luxury materials, a large garden and lots of privacy, and don't feel like doing any renovations? Then call us to book an appointment!

Environment:
Did you know that there isn't a single traffic light in all of Zeewolde? In Zeewolde, everything is generally reachable on foot or by bike. This applies to this spot along the Smaragd as well. Several primary schools, before- and after-school care, secondary school, but also the local supermarket and sports center are just a few minutes away by bike. The sports fields and sports hall, where a wide variety of sports are practiced, and a golf course are almost right around the corner. This is also true for nature. For more nature, all you have to do is cross the Spiekweg and you're in the Horsterwold; the largest contiguous deciduous forest in Western Europe, including the unique nature area known as the Stille Kern! Here you can ride your bike, skateboard, horseback ride, or walk for hours. Your dog can be on a leash with you, but there are also parts of the forest where they can run around freely and sniff to their heart's content. What makes it even more exciting is that during your walk, you might just come across a deer, fox, or beaver! We haven't even mentioned all the various (predatory) birds you can spot here. And all of this within walking and biking distance from your own home! You couldn't live better!

How do we calculate this?
The interest rate is based on the lowest 10-year fixed rate for a single mortgage part. The stated rate (3.1% zonder NHG) was verified on 30-11-2025. This calculation is based on an annuity mortgage that is fully repaid, with monthly payments remaining the same throughout the entire term. The actual interest rate and net monthly costs may vary depending on your personal situation and the mortgage provider. Consult a financial advisor for an accurate calculation and advice. No rights can be derived from this calculation; it is for indicative purposes only.

About Flevopand Real Estate
Multi-regional
Endless green, infinite water, birds, sky, space, the dynamism of a big city or precisely the coziness of a village? The Province of Flevoland offers it all. No wonder then that many people want to live here very much or wish to do so. Are you also looking for a house in this pleasant environment? We are happy to help you get started.
Flexible agent
Whether you are house hunting or looking to sell your home – in a region with so many faces, it is handy to engage the services of an agent who truly knows the area. At our office, we have extensive experience: 3 years working in Amersfoort, 5 years working in Almere, 7 years in Lelystad, and already 10 years living in Zeewolde. We therefore know the Flevoland housing market, the surroundings, and the opportunities. I have gained more than 20 years of experience at various real estate agencies and am happy to make that knowledge available to home seekers and house sellers in Zeewolde and the surrounding area.
With kind regards,
Julian Entrop
